FAQ

Common questions.

What does VERIXA do? +
VERIXA reviews Amazon accounts, listings, competitors, and markets, producing structured, evidence-based, human-reviewed recommendations.
Who is VERIXA for? +
Amazon sellers who want an independent, structured look at their account, listings, or market position — not sellers looking for guaranteed growth promises.
What does an audit include? +
Depends on the solution: the full Amazon Operations Audit covers six areas with five deliverables. Narrower solutions (Listing & Catalog, Competitor Intelligence, etc.) are scoped individually.
How does the engagement work? +
Inquiry → Discovery → Qualification → Scope → Proposal → Payment → Onboarding → Audit → Quality Review → Delivery → Revision. See the Client Journey page for full detail.
How long does an engagement take? +
Timelines depend on scope and account complexity, discussed at the discovery stage — we don't quote a fixed timeline before understanding your situation.
Does VERIXA guarantee sales growth? +
No. VERIXA is advisory — findings and recommendations, not a guarantee of any business outcome.
Does VERIXA access Seller Central directly? +
Only if you grant scoped access through Amazon's own native permission system — never a shared password, and never without your explicit action.
How is AI used? +
AI assists with research, analysis, and drafting. It never approves its own work or makes the final delivery decision — a human always does.
What happens after an audit? +
You receive the full report and a results-review session. Implementation of recommendations is outside scope unless separately engaged.
How do I request an engagement? +
Use the Request an Audit page, or contact us directly — either way, it starts with a conversation, not a commitment.
